With the aim to get all vessel operational and administrative arrangements finalized in due time, B/L data should be received not beyond two working days before vessel ETA.
Failure to provide B/L data within said period implies booking roll over to next available sailing and consequent debit of all charges thereupon involved, such as, but not limited to: extra-moves, storage/demurrage that may meantime occur and administrative charge on top of eventual customs authorities’ fees.
