Dear Sirs,
In order to finalize the ship’s operational, administrative and port schedule in good time, the B/L must be received no later than two working days before the ship is due to arrive.
Failure to provide the aforementioned documentation or to meet the deadline will result in the booking being transferred to the next ship, the consequent debiting of extra-moves and other parking/paralysis costs that may occur in the meantime, as well as the collection of an additional fee to reflect administrative charges and possible customs fines.
