At Qatar Airways Cargo, we find ways to leverage technology and simplify the business. Digitizing core processes is a key priority, and we believe that efficiency gains should start at the first stage, which is the booking process.
Our omnichannel e-booking ecosystem allows you to book cargo using our own e-booking platform, Digital Lounge, our online market partners or directly from the customer’s booking system.
The Digital Lounge is our one-stop-shop solution where you benefit from a user-friendly interface that offers you the convenience of booking your cargo online anytime, anywhere, with a host of features at your fingertips.

Please note that from September 17, 2024, the manual booking fee will be applied based on the increase in the booking limit.

Dear Customer,
At Qatar Airways Cargo, we are rapidly moving towards the adoption of digitalization, modern technologies and improved operations to positively impact our planet and people.
e-AWB is a vital component of our digital transformation strategy, providing several benefits, including faster processing times, greater operational efficiency and reduced paper use.
With this in mind, customers can use e-AWBs on viable routes, activating the functionality as stipulated on the QR Cargo website.
If a customer chooses to send a paper AWB, a fee of US$30 or the equivalent in local currency will apply per shipment from November 1, 2024.
