There are currently 69 container vessels that our shipping represented expects to receive over the next three years. In total there will be approximately 560,000 TEU that will reinforce EVERGREEN\u2019s fleet! <\/p>\n\n<p>Orders include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 C-Class ships (with a capacity of 1,800 TEU or more);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 Ships with 2,500 TEU capacity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 F-Class ships (approximately 12,000 TEU capacity);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And finally 10 Megamax <a href=\"https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/en\/\">ships <\/a>with approximately 24,000 TEU capacity each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipyards Accountable for the <strong>Construction of the Ships Ordered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"791\" src=\"https:\/\/novo.greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-1024x791.jpg\" alt=\"Shipyards Accountable for the Construction of the Ships Ordered\" class=\"wp-image-142\" style=\"width:309px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-1024x791.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-300x232.jpg 300w, https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-768x593.jpg 768w, https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-1536x1186.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/greeniberica.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Encomendas-EVERGREEN-22-2048x1581.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Orders were placed in 10 different processes, allowing to speed up the construction and delivery of the container vessels. In the case of Megamax \u2013 expected to be delivered between 2021 and 2022 \u2013 six are being built at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.samsungshi.com\/eng\/deFaulT.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samsung\u2019s shipyards<\/a>, the remaining four at <a href=\"http:\/\/hz-shipgroup.cssc.net.cn\/hz_en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imazo.co.jp\/english\/e_index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jiangnan Shipyard<\/a>. Regarding the 20 F-Class \u2013 to be delivered between 2020 and 2021 \u2013 eight are in charge of Samsung and the remaining twelve of Imabari. About the ships with 2,500 TEU capacity, four are being built at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jnshipyard.com.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jiangnan <\/a>shipyards and ten at Imabari. Finally, the remaining 25 C-Class are distributed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsuneishi.co.jp\/english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tsuneishi<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hmd.co.kr\/english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hyundai Mipo<\/a>, Imabari and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yzjship.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jiangsu <\/a>(4, 10, 9 and 2 respectively) to be delivered throughout 2020 and 2021.    <\/p>\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EVERGREEN\u2019s New Ships and Environmental Commitments<\/h3>\n\n<p>These new commissioned container vessels follow EVERGREEN\u2019s fundamental premise to grow in a sustainable way, doing everything to keep our natural heritage safe. In this sense, all ships will be delivered already equipped with various environmental protection systems and strictly complying with the regulations of international maritime agencies. <\/p>\n\n<p>With these new acquisitions EVERGREEN continues its commitment to revitalizing and growing its fleet.
