O Ever Grade<\/strong><\/a> arrived at the EVERGREEN<\/a> service on January 15th.<\/p>\n\n

After the delivery of 5 ULCVs – Ultra Large Container Vessels(Ever Goods<\/a>, Ever Golden<\/a>, Ever Genius<\/a>, Ever Given<\/a> and Ever Gifted<\/a>), it was the turn of the Ever Grade<\/a><\/strong> entered service for EVERGREEN<\/strong>, the sixth of eleven. Delivery of these 20,388 TEU \u201cmegamax\u201d ships began in March 2018<\/a> and is expected to be completed in September this year. <\/p>\n\n

EVER GOLDEN<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

Like its siblings, this G-Class<\/em><\/strong> is equipped with an 11-cylinder MAN-B&W G95ME engine, which produces around 59,250 kW. As a result, this engine enables it to reach speeds of up to 21 knots. <\/p>\n\n

As far as dimensions are concerned. ULCVs measure around 400 meters in length, with a beam of around 59 meters. This means they have a capacity of up to 21,000 TEU. These giants of the sea have been designed with a larger draft to make the hull more robust. This leads to increased safety in navigation. <\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

Ever Grade is Another Bet in Europe<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Ever Grade<\/strong> has joined the Ocean Alliance<\/a> with the Asia – Europe service on the \u201cNEU6\u201d route. In EVERGREEN<\/strong> this service corresponds to the \u201cCEM\u201d China – Europe – Mediterranean. <\/p>\n\n

The EVERGREEN<\/strong> ships that operated this route had a capacity of around 14,000TEU. This fleet is being replaced by ships with a capacity of 20,000TEU. The first \u201cmegamax\u201d ship to be integrated into the \u201cCEM\u201d was the Ever Golden<\/strong>, which came from the \u201cNEU3\u201d at the beginning of last December. <\/p>\n\n

This is therefore an increase in transport capacity allocated to the European market. The Ocean Alliance<\/strong> thus recognizes the value of Europe and its growth potential. <\/p>\n\n

This is a program to increase and rejuvenate EVERGREEN<\/strong>\u201cs fleet. This will make it possible to increase the quality of the service we provide, Green Ib\u00e9rica<\/strong><\/a>provide to our customers. We will also be able to fulfill one of EVERGREEN<\/strong>\u201d s most important identity premises, significantly reducing emissions of polluting gases into the atmosphere. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
